Cartridge Rolls will fit into those tight corners, grooves, angles, and holes that most abrasive tools won’t. They are well-suited for grinding on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This CS 310 abrasive is composed of aluminum oxide grain, tear-resistant X-weight cotton cloth backing, with resin bond and closed coat. It is suitable for all ferrous metals, hardwoods, leather, aluminum, stainless steel, and most alloys. Closed coating is recommended for abrasives that are used for work on metal as it ensures a long service life and a high stock removal rate.
